Repeat Robotics, LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates Repeat-Robotics.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  • An active customer account is required for all purchases made on the Site. You agree to provide accurate, complete account information and to keep this information up to date.
  • Some international orders may be affected by customs rules, import taxes, or country-specific shipping limitations outside our control. The customer is responsible for verifying local import regulations and paying any required duties.
  • Sales tax will be charged according to local government regulations. At the moment, we do not charge sales tax on purchases made/shipped outside of the state of Texas.
  • Shipping capabilities and limitations are determined by the policies of our carriers. Because we ship via third party carriers, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages once provided to the third party carrier. 
  • All trademarks, branding, photographs, videos, product descriptions, and other media on the Site are the intellectual property of Repeat Robotics, LLC. Use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of these materials is prohibited without our written consent.
  • Users agree not to engage in any harmful or malicious activities on the site. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any accounts we believe are engaging in prohibited activities. 

  • Products sold by Repeat Robotics, LLC may involve mechanical, electrical, or kinetic risks inherent in combat robotics-related equipment. Customers agree to use products responsibly and in accordance with all instructions and safety guidelines.
    These products are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems or any other environment where failure or non-failsafe operation would jeopardize the health or welfare of living beings.
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

We may modify these Terms from time to time without explicit notice. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
