Refund Policy

We want all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues—such as receiving a damaged item, the wrong product, or a product that arrives dead-on-arrival (DOA)—please contact us via email within 30 days. Include photos or proof of the issue, as well as your order number, and we will work with you to resolve the problem. 

Due to the nature of combat robotics, we cannot accept used products for return or replacement. If you have a product that failed during use in a way you were not expecting during normal operation, or a product that failed outside of a combat environment, please reach out to use via email so we can improve our products. 

We are happy to facilitate the return of new, unused parts. Buyers will need to pay return shipping for returns. Please contact us via email to start the return process. 

Refunds are usually processed within 2 business days of receiving the product, but processing may take longer.
