$40.00

Does your antweight suffer from a lack of drive power? Have you stripped the gearboxes on your drive motors leaving your bot stranded in the arena?
I too have suffered from these problems. That’s why I started developing the first off-the-shelf 16mm brushless gearmotors to be sold to combat robot builders.

Repeat drive mini Mk3 is the upgraded version of my game-changing brushless gearmotors, featuring a custom wound 1204 brushless motor coupled to a two stage, 28.5:1, all metal, 16mm planetary gearbox. These motors will empower you to drive circles around your competition… literally.

Improvements:

  • 1104 was changed to a 1204 brushless motor for more power
  • Increased kv to 3500 and increased gear ratio to 28.5:1 to keep speed consistent but increase power
  • Motor shaft was extended so you can cut to length to improve versatility
  • Output shaft is made from hardened 4130 steel, to improve lifetime and is integrated into the carrier plate, to improve durability.
  • Output shaft is retained without the use of a circlip, eliminating the main failure mode and improving the durability
  • Improved motor wire gauge and attachment method to make it more durable than ever.
  • Gearbox baseplate is integrated into the brushless motor base, removing screws and additional points of failure.

Features:

  • 1204 3500kv custom brushless motor
  • 2s-4s rated voltage
  • 16mm, 28.5:1 all metal planetary gearbox

Disclaimers:
The wires on these motors can break if tugged directly. Adding a bit of hot glue near the entrance helps. Do not handle the motors by the wires and take care when stripping the wires.
These gearboxes can only accept ~2mm of face screw engagement. Using screws that are too long will result in damage.
These motors are being used in combat, where anything might happen. I am unable to accept returns for battle damaged products.
