Description

WARNING: REPEAT DRIVE ESCS ONLY WORK WITH BRUSHLESS MOTORS. These will not be able to drive Repeat drive Brushed motors.

Repeat drive ESC is a 20A BLHeli_S ESC that is pre-programmed for smooth bi-directional movement. We take all the guessing out of brushless drive.
Simply solder the three wires from your brushless motor onto the pads, plug into your receiver, and drive away!

Designed for use with our Repeat Drive Mini motors, but should also be able to drive any off-the shelf Antweight or Beetleweight brushless drive motors.

Features:

  • 20A continuous current
  • 4.9g weight (before wire shortening)
  • 24mmx13mmx5mm size
  • BLHeli_S firmware (second generation BLHeli)
  • Comes pre-flashed with Repeat Drive Bi-directional settings
  • 2-4S capable

Note: There is no internal board BEC. You must provide 5V to the radio receiver through another ESC or a dedicated BEC.

  1. TML_Robotics

Small, light, inexpensive, and well-tuned for Repeat Drive. What more can you ask for? -TML Robotics

  2. AndrewF (verified owner)

Compact, fine-tuned, and have never died out on me in 3 events, would recommend these to anyone and everyone looks for brushless drive ESCs

  3. Remy (y_0 Robotics) (verified owner)

These are the best choice for affordable antweight brushless drive ESCs. BLHeli_S means that the motors have a slight inconsistency in startup from time to time, but the rest of the time, these will do whatever you ask of them.
They come pre-wired and with excellent bidirectional settings programmed, saving you a lot of time as well.

    Powerful & small-weghted ESC
But I am trying to use it in ESP32 based robot, using DSHot protocol. And no matter which library I try to use – there are only random rotations of motor in different directions. So no control via DShot at all. All is good for PWM with frequency up to 490Hz, but I need DHot working. Can anyone advise, is there any nuances of control via DHsot using this ESC?
